Today I had the lovely experience of going to court for speeding. The judge asked me if my mother accompanied me. She did not. He also asked if I am 20…but quickly changed his mind and asked if I am 19.
Turns out I am lucky. Because if I was under 21 I would have gotten the pleasure of watching a video entitled “Red Asphalt.” How could I forget… and write a response.
$240 later. I’m still broke. Oh graduate school.
Not speeding going there was very challenging by the way. The ride home I went 80. Shhhh.
