Yesterday was my first day of high school! Without the students though. Just boring teacher preparing things. My mentor (teacher who guides me) skipped out on everything and told me I could too. It was one of those moments where I wasn’t sure if he was testing me.
I skipped out. He made them seem so horrible. Instead we worked on what we were going to start the year with. I chose what classes I’m going to teach (period 2 economics and period 4 global 10).
It’s weird that some of my students will be barely younger than me!
