I have started going back to the gym! I have not been to the gym regularly in probably 9 months or more… As a result of that+living with a man… I have turned into a mush ball. Something I can’t stand- when people say, “You don’t have to go to the gym…” blah blah.
Ok. I’m a size 6. But I can’t walk up a flight of stairs without getting that winded feeling. I want to feel good on the inside… I want to know that what I’m eating will have positive long term results for me.
So I’m feeling positive. I need to right about it here to make sure that I go today. Maybe I will begin a gym journey and try and get people to join on the bandwagon for emotional support.
